Below is a clear overview of how projects move from first contact to final delivery. Each step is designed to keep communication clear, timelines predictable, and the focus on creating the best possible result.
1. CONTACT & DISCOVERY:
We’ll schedule a call to talk about your band, your sound, and what you want to achieve with the project.
This is where we align on vision, scope, and expectations before moving forward.
2. QUOTE & BOOKING:
You’ll receive a clear quote outlining pricing, timeline, and included revision rounds.
A 50% deposit confirms your booking and secures your spot in the schedule.
3. FILE DELIVERY:
You’ll upload your session files via a shared drive. I’ll check everything to make sure the project is fully ready before mixing begins.
If anything needs adjustment, I’ll let you know early.
4. MIXING:
Your mix is developed with a focus on impact, clarity, and identity. Not just balance.
Once complete, you’ll receive the first mix for review.
5. FEEDBACK & REVISIONS:
You’ll send feedback, and we’ll refine the mix through the included revision rounds until everything feels right.
6. FINAL DELIVERY & LIVESHOW INTEGRATION:
Once the mix is approved and finalized, the project moves into delivery.
At this stage:

Final mix files are delivered in high-quality formats

The remaining 50% balance is due

And optional Live-ready assets are prepared to ensure your studio sound translates to the stage

Live integration may include:

Guitar and bass patches for Quad Cortex or Helix

FX samples and one-shots used in the production

Kick trigger samples matched to the mix

Backing-track-ready stems for live playback setups
